"It was my pleasure to have Mr. Betances work in Watchtower Electric Shops constructing and maintaining various buildings privately owned. During this time, Mr. Betances was involved in various aspects of the electrical trade related to maintenance and construction of residential, industrial, commercial buildings as well as control work. Our electricians could be called on to work on systems of different voltages and complexities depended on the job requirements. Mr. Betances was given these tasks from time to time. Our work included the building of a residential apartment complex to house our workers as well as related systems similar to a college campus setting.
