Sometimes, you get lucky. We did, when Sally at the North Haven Home Depot Pro Services hooked us up with Betances Electrical LLC. Betances called us almost immediately after I got off the phone with Sally, and we wound up having him do the repairs we needed to the damage caused by the August 27 storm. He was great: friendly, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and reliable. Completed his work for hundreds less than other quotes I had received. He even kept in contact with us after he completed his work, wanting to make sure that we got the proper inspection, and that power was restored by UI. We would highly recommend Betances Electrical LLC. We wish that we could give him 10 Stars instead of only 5!

Very happy, he sent his employee who came out right away and installed the wiring to my air conditioner in the attic that should have been installed by the AC contractor per contract last summer. He was very thorough, he took before and after pictures so I can have my insurance company subrogate an insurance claim against some hoodlums. My home is safe again. Betances and his teammate were amazing. I had submitted photos with my request for a pro and Betances called me within the first few minutes. He knew exactly what the issue was quoted me a really fair price. He then spent time texting with me getting a few extra pictures to narrow down on the sizing and cost and then came early the very next morning, replaced my meter box within 2 hrs, did the permits and paperwork, and the work when done was like a textbook picture.
